Tom Bayliss CertRP
Co-founder and Highbury Recruitment Director Tom Bayliss began his career on the Financial Future's trading floor as both a Broker and Trader. After the floor closing in 2000, Tom traded his own money for a period of time before working for a hedge fund in both London and Amsterdam.

Returning to the UK as a Business Development Manager for Global Posters, he later branched out on his own, opening a retail unit in Camden specialising in music & art.

Upon moving to Norfolk, he purchased a bar and restaurant with his father, which they successfully ran together for four years.

Falling quite by chance into recruitment, Tom quickly fell in love with the industry and whilst working for a local agency alongside David Errington, both felt they could draw on their previous career experiences to build a company that could bring a more personal approach to both clients and candidates alike. An idea which came to fruition in February 2015 and has flourished ever since. Helped by an experienced and passionate team, Highbury Recruitment has grown into the consciousness and highly thought after agency that both Dave and Tom had envisaged.
Upon moving to Norfolk, Tom quelled a longtime desire to be involved in the hospitality industry. He purchased a bar and restaurant with his father, which they successfully ran together for four years. Falling quite by chance into the recruitment industry, Tom has used all of his previous experience to progress through the ranks. He believes he has found his calling with the recruitment industry, drawing on his vast commercial, retail and hospitality back ground to bring the service that he feels both client and candidates deserve.

David Errington CertRP

Director and Highbury Recruitment co-founder Dave Errington originally studied Engineering before spending 10 years within the print industry.

After taking the decision to leave the business, Dave worked as a consultant in the back to work sector, placing the long term unemployed into sustainable employment. Dave quickly realised that he had a talent for recruitment, and with his background moved to a specialist Engineering recruitment company placing Engineers in all disciplines across the region. After working for the company for a short period of time, Dave was promoted to managing the Industrial and Engineering team.

Dave and Tom set up Highbury Recruitment in February 2015 with the ethos on outstanding service and commitment to both Clients and Candidates alike. The same commitment is now extended to the Highbury Recruitment staff enabling a fantastic team to achieve some outstanding results.

Laura Galbraith
Recruitment Manager

Laura started her career working within the property sector, moving into the recruitment industry in 2011. She has an outstanding track record in business development and continues to demonstrate her commitment to the industry.

Laura has extensive experience in the Industrial and Hospitality sectors, which coupled with strong management skills makes her not only an asset to Highbury Recruitment but also to all her clients and candidates.

Charlotte Adams
Recruitment Consultant

Charlotte started her career in Recruitment in 2011, joining a local agency as both Administration and database management clerk. She quickly became an invaluable member of the team making sure that all consultants were industry compliant. After outgrowing the role, she then worked within a resourcing capacity before moving across to the Hospitality desk as a successful consultant.

Charlotte moved into the Education Recruitment sector, sourcing teachers and placing them in positions across East Anglia.

Since joining Highbury Recruitment, Charlotte has again successfully moved industries working on the Industrial desk drawing on her previous experiences to offer an outstanding and highly professional service.

Ben Errington
Recruitment Consultant

Ben started off his career within the sales and customer services industry dealing with customers and clients both face to face and on the phone. It was during this time Ben built on his business development and customer service skills.

This progressed into an in-house recruitment role for a large contact centre and then into a position in the Education Recruitment Industry placing overseas trained teachers in UK schools.

Since joining Highbury Recruitment, Ben has adjusted to the Industrial Recruitment Industry successfully providing both temporary and permanent candidates as well as offering continued great service to both candidates and clients.
