Highbury Recruitment are working in conjunction with a Client who require an Account Manager in a Facilities Management business. You will be responsible for the delivery of all SLA's ensuring cleaning standards expected by the Clients are achieved and maintained and all contract cleaning sites /periodic spends come within budgeted working hours.
This is a multi-site role where you will be expected to accurately collate payroll information to each site to include hours worked, confirming rates of pay, submitting all new starter and tax forms. You will also be responsible for training and managing site supervisors in Health and Safety, basic and advanced cleaning tasks while ensuring employees adhere to company H&S procedures at all times.
You will of course also be responsible for Safe Guarding/Child Protection. You will meet the legislative and company policies to ensure all safeguarding practices are adhered to and communicated where appropriate.
We are looking for a candidate who is experienced providing exceptional customer service and building and maintaining relationships while having the ability to multi-task and implement the overall ethos of the Client.
The successful candidate will be required to cover up to 20 sites and be enthusiastic in building relationships and to effectively liaise with all levels of people.
